I’ll admit I used to be a snob about invitation suites, printed invites, etc. even for something as casual as a kid’s birthday party. The online options for e-invites were at best, something you’d use for a last minute BBQ or get together at home.
Enter Paperless Post. I first received a Paperless Post invitation from Brides of North Texas for a magazine launch party a few years ago and was surprised at how elegant the invite was, despite being an electronic greeting. The ease of RSVPing was also a breeze and you receive email confirmations and a reminder when your event is approaching. You can even link it to your Google calendar.
Paperless Post has options for all events pertaining to weddings – from Save the Dates to bachelorette parties to your after-wedding brunch. There are fun options with pops of color and classic and elegant options if you’d like chic simplicity.
After creating an account and using Paperless Post myself (for Lou’s upcoming 5th birthday party!), I am convinced this is the way to go for all things party invitations. While they do have wedding invitation options, I understand wanting to send a paper suite to your guests; however, you have several e-options for your other wedding-related events that don’t sacrifice style or class. Also perfect if you’re an eco-conscious bride!
